The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Champ Gain” represents one of the most elegant expressions of white Burgundy. Located in the northern part of Puligny-Montrachet, Champ Gain is a highly respected Premier Cru vineyard known for producing Chardonnay with remarkable finesse. Its elevated position and limestone-rich soils create wines that combine Puligny’s signature elegance with a powerful mineral backbone. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, this wine captures the classic Puligny profile: aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, ripe pear, and peach layered with crushed stone, chalk, toasted almond, and subtle brioche.
