The 2023 Vincent Girardin Meursault “Vieilles Vignes” showcases classic Côte de Beaune Chardonnay from vines averaging around 50 years old, sourced from several respected Meursault climats including Corbins, Les Forges, Sous la Velle, Le Pré de Manche and Les Vireuils. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the wine is fermented and aged in 500-liter French oak barrels, only 10% of which are new, and rests on fine lees for 15 months.
