These extraordinary wines showcase the immense talents of Vigneron Pierre Seillan. Hailing from Gascony, and perfecting his 50th vintage, this wise old sage is at the top of his game. His collaboration with the legendary Jackson family began in the early 90's when he accepted Jess Jacksons' offer to craft his own wines in the sublime terroir of Sonoma. They formed Vérité together, and 19 perfect 100-point scores later, (including 13 from Robert M. Parker Jr.) it's safe to say 'M. Seillan' can be justifiably considered among the world's elite winemakers. We just returned from a trip to Napa where we visited the cream of the most legendary (use your imagination) Cult Cabernet wineries. Of all the exquisite wines we tasted, the Double 99 Point Verite La Muse came out on top. Drinking like it's three times the price, this formidable wine demands and audience.
